Standard & high performance flat roof systems:
The standard system incorporates two layers of heavy-duty underlay with one layer of heavy-duty green cap sheet. This is then sealed off with hot blown oxidised bitumen. The end result is an extremely resilient roof which comes with a 10-year guarantee.
For even greater resistance to elements and wear, choose the high performance option. The high performance system is composed of two layers of high performance underlay and then one layer of polyester based high performance green cap sheet. This is then sealed with oxidised bitumen. This product comes with a 20-year guarantee.
